GLINT – Marketing Visualizations

Commissisoned by the COPRO Group we were entrusted to illustrate project GLINT – a historical, listed ensemble of buildings which is currently modernized.
The whole project was supposed to be read as a mosaik of buildings becoming a unity again. Responsible for this delicate task were Bothmer Architekten. Elaborately renovated old building apartements are going to be created as well as contemporary new flat in different sizes.
Its central but nevertheless quiet location in the heart of Berlin close to the Gendarmenmarkt emphasises the diversity of this project.

We were supposed to show the typical Berlin fassade as well as some interior spaces of selected appartements. A close inspection of the existing building in its current stage were crucial to understand the complexity of the project. On-site we surveyed a lot of the existing structure in order to emphasize the attractive connection between old and new successfully.

Currently we are working on full 360° panoramas to give possible buyers a immersive impression of the space. We would like to thank all our partners for the great cooperation.
