The slim site of the new Postbahnhof is challenging being squeezed between railtracks and a mix of historic industrial elements. Driessen Architects created a graceful slab that reacts elegantly to the existing condition. While the rough concrete surface is an excellent answer to the historic context, generous glass windows give the buildling a transparent, even light appearance.
