Seaside village – Lustica Bay Illustrations

Xoio was honoured to be commissioned to do the marketing visuals for the Lustica Bay development plan. Our work ranged from visualizing the overview of the whole seaside village complex to detailed interior impressions of the various housing types.

A strong focus was put on the haptic feel of natural materials and the rich variety in textures and spaces  normally to be found in existing town structures. Additionally we aimed to communicate the ample natural space surrounding this special piece of maritime coast.
