For the residential project Duett Zeppelin in Heidelberg-Handschuhsheim, we developed the visual communication for Kalkmann Wohnwerte Real Estate, including a series of high-end architectural visualisations.
It was key to embed the project atmospherically within its specific context. The interplay of its established village-like structure, historic buildings, green spaces and close proximity to the Handschuhsheim fields define the urban context. Rather than serving merely as a backdrop, this distinctive atmosphere became an integral part of the architecture itself. The character of Heidelberg’s urban fabric characterizes the exterior visualisations. On that base a coherent visual language is tranlated into the interiors and the closeup details.

Uncompromising photorealism met a highly emotional and atmospheric design intent in this project. This combination allowed the viewer to experience spaces, materials, light and outdoor areas to be experienced long before completion. The sales team confirmed that this was a massive boost to communicate the project and support the sales process.
