Living next to Schlosspark Pankow – Berlin

In 2015 TPA assigned us for visualizations of the newly created condominium “Orangerie Park” at the palace garden Pankow.

The penthouses and apartments are located in the immediate vicinity of Schloss Schönhausen and the adjacent park.
As a part of the castle gardens planned by Peter Joseph Lenne, it is now a listed building.
Therefore the botanical plant was extensively reconstructed and redesigned.

The architectural firm Giorgio Gullotta architect was commissioned to design the residential complex – here the challenge
was to fit the building perfectly into the existing buildings and the adjoining green areas. A mixture of new buildings of
high architectural quality, lovingly and lavishly redeveloped buildings and atmospheric landscape architecture.

The visualizations by xoio should convey this diversity – and at the same time also highlight the valuable accessibility to inner-city green spaces.
And the Schlosspark is actually one of the nicest and most pristine, as we think!
