Pius Quarter, Neuss: 3D Visuals for Marketing

In 2012 we were commissioned two interior visualizations by Minigram – a berlin based design agency:

For the investor Korbmacher – a family run business mainly acting in the Rheinland – we generatedtwo interiors  supporting their marketing campaign.

The architecture – responsible here Schmale Architects – is very clear, spatious and efficient. Our task was to generate individually furnished spaces – light, modern and generous. We show the rowhouse and the maisonette type; both highlighting private exterior lots and a well structured space with high quality surfaces.

A very pretty project – we hope it will be longlasting and sucessful.
