Swift Pod – Autonomous Overnight Travel Pod
The Swift Pod is a futuristic concept, based on the simple idea of travelling long distances at a reasonable speed while being asleep. We have always been fascinated by nighttrains and the nostalgic magic of the idea of waking up on your destination after a (fairly) refreshing sleep. Last but not least overnight travel offers the ability to avoid taking a plane. Therefor it was with disappointment to see that the german railway company discontinued servicing nighttrains. With the emerge of autonomous driving we picked up the idea and brought it into the field of individual and autonomous transport.
The client in our scenario orders a swift journey online, after which the pod presents itself at the desired place and time. After “take-off” the navigation system autonomously calculates the required speed to reach the desired goal in time. On that note it is astonishing how far you are able to travel overnight at eco-friendly speeds, especially when traffic would be low.
The swift offers space for up to 2 individual travellers. The travellers can travel sitting upright, but obviously the main feature is the comfortable bed. Along with a comprehensive media system little snacks and beverages are part of the experiences. Storage options are provided underneath the bed or seats.
The Swift Pod derives its name from the well known bird, due to its ability to fly while being asleep.
As a special feature you can also implement stop-overs for breaks. The Pod-system offers a range of constantly updated, attractive locations to choose from. Our illustration shows an individual taking a small break at a beautiful natural site to enjoy their morning coffee.
On a final note our design team is fully aware that the chosen design is surely very minimalistic for many travellers. Yet we chose to stick with the iconic triangular shape to emphasize how little would be necessary to accomplish a sustainable means of transporation for long distances.
Mercedes-Benz Sustaineer – Future Logistics
The Mercedes-Benz Sustaineer is packed with innovative components to create a more sustainable future of logistics and transportation. The challenge of this future scenario was to showcase two variations of the Sustaineer in a compelling and easy-to-read composition that works well with the colorful livery.
Additionally our team was tasked to elaborate a potential futuristic vision of the Stuttgart Hauptbahnhof – showing the historic train station, the finished Stuttgart 21 extension and further suplementing architectural elements of a green city of tomorrow.
As usual in this type of commision we are enriching the base narrative with several substories to create a rich futuristic environment. Ranging from various aspects to illustrate the electric powergrid to various green technologies, not to forget the urban beecolonies a lot of little details are part of the urban vision.
Massive thanks to the team at Mercedes-Benz Pioneering and the team at Future Logistics / Truck for the great cooperation + the talented artists at xoio. Thanks to Iwan Esau for the brilliant work and the great architectural vision.

The first stand-alone branded residence from 25hours Hotels – 25hours Home Dubai – will be located in the heart of downtown Dubai and promises a new benchmark for contemporary urban living.
Central One – The Midtown Office Club
Following up on our initial concepts for Central One – C1 we developed a second set of illustrations based on the design by Ester Bruztus Architects. It was a great pleasure working together with her talented design team and to bring to life another version of the Central One new work environment. Reflecting the zeitgeist of new work, the office interiors seamlessly blend spaces of concentration, collaboration, relaxation, reflection and interaction in an effortless manner.
We are happy about this harmonious series of images and thank you for the conspiratorial cooperation!
Spree Bike and Hiking Trail – Berlin
Supporting projects that are promoting a sustainable, green environment are among our all-time favourites. Therefor we are proud to collaborate with InfraVelo again on the modernization of the Spree Bicycle and Pedestrian walkway.
The new design offers through a width of 3-4 meters enough space for bicycles and pedestrians to safely commute simultaneously. A selection of haptic surface materials enables visually impaired people to navigate safely, while keeping the necessarily sealing of natural surfaces at a minimum.
We are looking forward to see that project come to live and wish InfraVelo the best of luck!

We would like to express our gratitude for the trust and collaboration from all parties involved in the project!
xoio interactor / property marketing platform
The xoio interactor is our latest addition to services provided by xoio.
An overall positive, lighthearted user-journey was the overall key design guideline when we conceptualized our platform:
The tool is usable on any device from smartphones to desktops and tablets, providing a pressure free customer experience in their own pace and time. Loading times are optimized for many conditions and browserbased access is immediate and requires no installation. Contacting a sales team is easy, yet users privacy demands are respected.
Pristine illustrations are expected from any xoio service, so our tool should reflect this quality in features and usability.
First we use our orbit animation to emphasize local highlights as public transport, shopping facilities or the cozy little pub at the corner. Anything that breathes life into your development can be added as an attractive info layer.
Furthermore hero images from alternative views are accesible, in order to allow users to dive into the project on eyelevel. These heroviews are fully interactive and also allow appartment selection. Additional important features as siteplans, product information, favorite storage and barrier free contact-information are integral parts of our software.
Obviously all UI-elements can be adapted to fit the corporate identity of your marketing campaign.
Each of our clients will receive an individual protected backend access to host and change database information. Data exchange has been simplified to allow various software environments.
We are convinced that our tool is offering a solid package of functionality to boost property marketing processes. We thank all participant designers for their contribution to make this possible.

So we are pleased that the Fotografiska Berlin will open its doors on september 14, 2023.
We would like to thank everyone involved in the project for the great cooperation!
A digital Brand World for Brenntag
Commissioned by ComSat, xoio designed and implemented a digital Brand World for Brenntag, the world market leader in the distribution of chemicals and ingredients. A 360° interior and exterior concept reflects Brenntag’s new brand positioning. The main focus is on a stringent visual translation of the brand into the space. The language of form, colors and materials are derived from the new brand image and can be experienced at a total of eight touchpoints.
A worldwide, virtual, interactive event for Brenntag employees celebrated the brand relaunch with comprehensive on-demand information about the brand, products and the people behind it. The very successful launch event had a total of 17,000 participants.
The virtual Brenntag Pavilion has a modular design and can be expanded so that it can also transport company-relevant content in a visually impressive way for future events with newly designed themed islands and features.
We would like to thank ComSat and CGVision (responsible for the UI design and programming) for the fantastic cooperation on this exciting project.

Haus Friedrichstadt
The Friedrichstadt building, a representative historic building in Berlin Mitte, is being revitalized as a listed office and commercial building by the architects Bräunlin Kolb Schälicke. There are commercial units on the ground floor – the upper floors and the top floor are to be converted into offices.
Various motifs were created, which locate and atmospherically reflect the listed building in urban Berlin Mitte. New office worlds in flexible design lines complete the picture series.
We would like to thank everyone involved in the project for the great cooperation!
Forty4
We were commissioned by the BML Group in 2022 with the visualisations for Forty4.
The design by Tchoban Voss Architekten promises a sustainable project with timeless, enduring architecture. With flexible office landscapes and residential apartments, the greatest possible freedom and retreat at the location in the middle of Berlin will be made possible. Inviting areas in open and covered courtyards should ensure a high quality of life and a better urban climate.
With a series of images of exterior and interior views, we were able to atmospherically locate the structural properties and special features of the ensemble.
Projectwebsite: forty4
We are delighted with the results and would like to thank everyone involved in the project!
Besenbinderhof – Hamburg
With the renovation of the Besenbinderhof in Hamburg, the property near the main station is to receive a new face – the expansion of the already green courtyards and roofs as well as a new use and design concept in the sense of new office landscapes should offer great potential for new tenants. In this way, we were able to support the B&L Group with visualizations that take these ideas and illustrate them atmospherically within a new design.
We would like to thank all project participants for the trust and the great cooperation!
EMIL
With the design by welter+welter architects, EMIL is a modern new building in the historic Droysen district near Kurfürstendamm.
With modern architectural language, the new building and the extension of the existing building promises a calm sanctuary in a quiet residential area in the heart of Charlottenburg – Berlin. Wood hybrid facade, energy efficiency, quality lifestyle in the green courtyards and on the roofs, facade details and high-quality furnishing in the interior should characterize the hight end nature of the property.
We are pleased that we were able to illustrate these features atmospherically with a series of pictures of exterior and interior motifs and would like to thank all those involved in the project!
TREPTOWN – Schuckerthöfe Berlin
The BATO Group commissioned us with the visualizations for TREPTOWN in 2022.
On the former industrial site of the Schuckerthöfe, an area is being created where both working and living are made possible. In order to preserve the characteristics of the origianl site, a sensative renovation is planned in accordance with its listed status. With additional new buildings, new working environments, a vivacious area is to be created for everyone. Our task consisted of staging the existing and new buildings in an atmospheric way.
We would like to thank everyone involved in the project for the great cooperation!
HPQ Office – Frankfurt/Main
We have been accompanying the B&L Group since 2020 with the visualizations for the HPQ Office Frankfurt project.
In close cooperation with specialist planners and clients, a series of motifs was created that illustrate the design process of Meixner Schlüter Wendt Architects in various planning phases.
It was therefore necessary to find a coherent visual language that would support both internal coordination processes and the marketing. Material and form matching the quality of life, sustainability, location and view as well as a convincing interior design played an equal role, taking into account various use cases for the property.
We are pleased that we were able to support with a variety of ideas and motifs. We would like to thank everyone involved in the project for the trusting cooperation!
BE.YOND Office Berlin
A large number of visualizations were created on behalf of SORAVIA, which illustrate the concept of the BE.YOND Office Berlin in an atmospheric way.
With the design by HENN Architects and FSA Architects, a new office building is to be built, which is characterized by unique, modern architecture and an excellent location. High-quality equipment, inviting open spaces and terraces desire to be sustainably oriented and individually designed.
Our focus was on the elaboration of the interior visualizations – these implemented in different contrasting design lines. The greatest possible flexibility is made clear and different target groups are addressed.
In the sense of a modern, sustainable and individual office world, a series of pictures was created that convey these topics in a common visual language in an atmospheric way.
We would like to thank everyone involved in the project for the great cooperation!
THONET – Community Space Study
THONET – Community Space Study
Visualizations were required on behalf of Thonet, which would stage the use of various Thonet furniture in a community space in conjunction with the design by Studio Aisslinger.
In this way Classics have been rethought and find their place, both versatile in the contemporary professional situation as well as in the private sphere.
We are pleased that we were able to support with various motifs and would like to thank everyone involved in the project!
Schöneberger Eck – Berlin
We were commissioned by ROCKSTONE Real Estate in early 2022 to visualize the “Schönerberger Eck”.
The new office building by DGI Bauwerk presents itself in a prime location in the Berlin-Schoeneberg neighbourhood.
Modern working environments are the focus for the interior views, for which we have developed two different contrasting design approaches.
We illustrated the exterior views in different lighting moods; In this way, the high-quality and effectively designed aluminum facade becomes a picture-defining feature.
Generous terraces not only demonstrate the life quality of the adjoining office rooms, but also tell the story of the location of the building and the view.
Link marketing documents: Schöneberger Eck
We are pleased to be able to support the marketing process with a complete and atmospheric package of motifs.
Many thanks for the great cooperation to all project participants!
Future Laboratory
We were commissioned by iQ Space in 2022 to visualize the “laboratory of the future”.
A large number of high-quality, technology and research-oriented commercial units and production sites are to be created in the Technology Campus in the Potsdam Science Park.
These should provide space for companies specializing in medical technology, biotechnology, pharmaceutical technologies, cosmetics, optics, sensor technology, materials science
and polymer technologies. For the marketing documents, visualizations were required that depicted the laboratory of the future with the given technical infrastructure and also in the context of modern ways of working.
The pictures were to be photoreal.
We are pleased to have found a suitable visual language for this and would like to thank everyone involved in the project for the great cooperation!
WestendCarré Frankfurt
Branding agency GABC GmbH commissioned xoio with the conception and implementation of the marketing motifs for the WestendCarré project in the heart of Frankfurt.
The project is about an existing office building, which is undergoing extensive renovation. In the design, aluminum and natural stone are retained. The striking mullion, the transom facade made of glass, and newly designed spacious entrance areas open up the building.
All office space is being completely redesigned and, after the conversion, offers space for individual and innovative room concepts – from individual or group offices aswell as open space. Newly designed inner courtyards, green areas and roof terraces with a view of the skyline complete the renovation concept.
When designing the visualizations, our main focus was on a uniform design and architectural language, which runs through the series of motifs down to the smallest detail. With the implementation of a stringent color and material concept, we were able to create a harmonious series of images in different lighting moods.
Four exterior and two interior motifs were realized for digital and print. We would like to thank GABC and .bieker AG for the great cooperation on this project.
SUITES AM TACHELES
With SUITES AM TACHELES we were able to expand the range of AM TACHELES home products:
In close cooperation with Grüntuch Ernst Architects, we designed a picture package that reflects the characteristic architecture and material language of the development. Minimalist furnishings and targeted interior design accents reflect the target group and architectural specifications.
In addition to the AM TACHELES image series, we were also able to create images of the interiors for SUITES, but also of the facades and street spaces.
Our thanks go to all those involved and our project partners!
Silberquelle
As early as 2017, we were able to develop visualizations for ID&A Immobilien, which would illustrate the design by de Winder Architects in an atmospheric way. These high-quality apartments are now being built in Bad Saarow on the Scharmutzelsee.
These images focus on the qualitie of life and the lush landscape. With equally high-quality and subtle materials and design language, de Winder complement this property with selected natural materials. Architecture and nature grow together here. In close cooperation with the architects, we were also able to create an evocative and coherent series of images.
We would like to thank everyone involved in the project for the great cooperation!
Wohnen Am Mühlbach
We were commissioned with the penthouse visualizations for the Wohnen Am Mühlbach project in summer 2022.
The strong architectural features, the use of natural materials, interior and exterior, spacious floor plans that connect the inside and outside, but also the waterfront and a fantastic view, characterize this property. With high-quality finishing, the rooms come into their own and speak for themselves.
Our task was to find suitable perspectives that could convey these themes in the motifs in an atmospheric and true-to-detail manner.
We would like to thank all project partners for the great cooperation!
Solarlux – Leitmotive
Solarlux GmbH commissioned xoio with the conception and creation of leitmotifs for the product lines CERO, folding glass wall, patio roof and conservatory.
Specific scenarios have been developed for both the B2B and B2C sectors, which illustrate the respective product on the one hand in the professional, public (event space, restaurant, spa and design agency) and on the other hand in the private environment.
The transition between architecture and nature should be seamless – outside and inside merge.
So it made sense not only to depict the functionality of the product, but also to capture atmospheric image elements such as the time of year/day, lighting and surrounding environment accordingly. The result is minimalistic, hyper-realistic imagery that conveys transparency, lightness but also liveliness.
We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone involved for the excellent cooperation and trust with the production of these images.
B:Hub – Berlin
Early in 2022, J.P. Morgan SE commissioned us with a variety of visualizations. The aim was to create an overall series of images in a uniform style.
It was important that the presentation was as photoreal as possible. The building is under construction – some of the interiors were already furnished – but due to the timing, photography was not an option for the task.
The focuses of the picture series in addition to the architecture were the proximity to Ostkreuz, the location on the Rummelsburg Bay, the public areas, the views from the building and the depiction of the tenants situation. The interior images are not based on real conditions of occupancy or layout. Instead the interior images are intended to imitate the tenant situation but not to directly copy it.
We hope that we were able to do justice to all the main necessary topics in this comprehensive series of images and depict this extraordinary building in its overall quality.
We are happy to have such a trusting and the constructive cooperation will all participants!
WOODSTOCX – OPES
At the beginning of 2022, OPES Immobilien Gruppe commissioned us with the marketing visualizations for the WOODSTOCX project in Oberhaching.
A sustainable office complex is to be built according to the design by Dietrich | Untertrifaller Architects. Bright, high ceilinged rooms made of wood with large glass fronts that offer plenty of air and their own lighting system are intended to connect outside and inside and create space for new thinking and ways of working.
We are happy to be able to support OPES Immobilien Gruppe with our pictures and thank you for the Super cooperation!
Cycle expressways – Berlin
In 2021 we were commissioned by infraVelo with various visualizations for the planning of new high-speed cycle pathways in Berlin.
In order to make planning and discussion in public visually transparent and to promote decision-making processes, images were needed to convey the effect and compatibility of high-speed cycle connections in urban areas.
We are pleased to be able to support this process and we are looking forward to further plans for expanding cycle paths in Berlin.

We would like to thank everyone involved in the project for the great cooperation!
MIOS
With a timeless architecture based on a design by driessenarchitects,
a large number of condominiums are to be built in the Ludwig-Hoffmann-Quarter in Berlin-Buch.
The 100 year old hospital site is being developed into a modern city quarter embedded in a green location in the north of Berlin.
MIOS – means living close to nature.
We are pleased that we were able to support EQVIVA with the marketing visualizations and thank you for the great cooperation!
HBSO – Animation und Competition Illustrations
We were approached by BHBVT Architects to illustrate a competition entry for a Theatre of Ballet, Symphony and Opera in Ho Chi Minh City. The challenge for us was to show the project on a urban scale – especially its integration into the new urban development area of Tu Thiem – and furtheron display the detailed interior and exterior with its intrinsicate materials.
In our animation we aimed to catch the dramatic tension before a performance, when silence settles and the audience waits for the curtain to lift.
We thank the architects at BHBVT for the friendly cooperation and congratulate them for winning second price.
Adlershofer Tor
In 2021, CLS, in close cooperation with UIIIC, commissioned us with the marketing visualizations for the Adlershofer Tor project.
The appearance of the existing building is expanded and upgraded with a new facade and an additional storey on the roof – creative spaces are formed that facilitate the usability many times over. In addition to the quality of stay, sustainability, technology and appearance play an equally important role – the workplace made new.
We are pleased that we can support the marketing process with a large number of visualizations and support us for the trusting cooperation!
Center for Design in Schmerikon
As part of a competition for the redesign of the Center for Design in Schmerikon, the landscape architecture office Andreas Geser required visualizations for the project which we were commisioned to do in 2021.
An exciting project where it was not only important to show the construction and newly landscaped outside areas but also to show the position and overall context of the design. The original existing buildings allowed us some possibility to compose a photomontage and in this way make a very realistic visualisation of the city center and the new design.
We are very happy that our pictures could support the competition process and wish to thank you for a great collaboration on this project!
B14 – Marketing Visualizations
We were commissioned by FINE + with the marketing visualizations for the project B14 in 2021.
Urbanity and quality of life with a high proportion of green spaces in the garden of the building, resting places to the rear and a strong urban connection oriented to the front,
an architectural language that clearly distinguishes itself in its form but at the same time integrates well into existing and neighboring buildings. Different apartment sizes and types, all apartments facing the sunny side of the street and the garden-like courtyard, urbanity that is reflected in precision and materiality – all these are features that characterize this housing project based on a design by Welter Welter Architects.
A fantastic project, which we were able to supplement with an interior design and support with atmospheric images.
We would like to thank everyone involved in the project and for the wonderful and constructive cooperation!
Elasticity – Fraunhofer Institute – Morgenstadt
We are pleased to show this cooperation with the Fraunhofer Institute IAO and their great team.
Recent trend research has shown that sustainable adaptions in urban environments can only be achieved in close collaboration with local communities. The Fraunhofer Institute initiated the Morgenstadt Project to create a discussion platform for communities, industry leaders and other stakeholders. In a multistage workshop key areas were defined to revitalize european inner cities. These were the base goals for our creative process. Interestingly we witness a stronger emphasis on social, political and structural aspects rather than technological aspects to improve the city of tomorrow.
We defined a urban space reminiscent of a classic agora to invite citizens to rest and enjoy the busy streetlife. Plenty of opportunities are presented to participate and discuss. Additionally technical aspects which will certainly be more digitized in the future are made tangible through physical representations and means of interaction. As usual various narratives are told in small stories throughout the High Resolution Illustration.
To make the humanistic message more approachable the client wished for an alternative illustration style. Our 3d-base was further refined in a manual 2d-sketching phase. This allowed our team of artists to work directly on the narratives. The image was then colorized manually to allow a fresh and attractive look and feel.
We thank our client Fraunhofer Institute IAO and their friendly team for this inspiring cooperation and the chance to be part of the Elasticity Initiative.
CENTRAL ONE – C1
We were commissioned by the DVI Group in 2020 with the marketing visualizations for the CENTRAL ONE project.
The design of the perimeter block development by Faber & Faber Architects endevours to integrate seamlessly with the adjacent historical buildings. Horizontal facade bands are accentuated and supplemented with vertical design elements. So we have also taken into account the dynamic shapes in our visualization of both the inside and the outside. These aspects speak for themselves in the pictures at Alexanderplatz
In particular, the new building should provide modern and flexible office space, along with retail and gastronomy that should also be open to the public and find their place on the lower floors of the development.
We are pleased with the results and thank everyone involved in the project!
Solarlux – leitmotifs
In 2020, Solarlux GmbH commissioned us with the conception and creation of leitmotifs for the product lines Cero, folding glass walls, patio roofs and winter gardens – both for B2B and B2C. In this context, additional, complementary image motifs were created in the design process, which introduce the corresponding product worlds.
With the new leitmotifs, Solarlux wants to focus more on the everyday and immediate experience of nature as an added value of their product. The transition between architecture and nature should be noticeably minimized – merging the outside and the inside domains. So it makes sense not only to depict the functionality of the product, but also to capture atmospheric picture elements such as the time of year / day, lighting and view accordingly. The result is minimalist, hyper-realistic imagery that conveys transparency, lightness but also liveliness.
The Cero product line presented in this article represents the premium segment of Solarlux and with it we would like to start a series of publications with a total of eight leitmotifs.
Animated Stills are special blend between a carefully crafted illustration and an animation – we call them microanimations, somewhat reminiscent of the animated newspapers as seen in the Harry Potter movies.
To familiarize ourselves with the conept our team investigated how we could achieve atmospheric sequences that would loop easily. By using “selfsimilar” animation elements – like rain, wind, water, leaves – we could achieve a vivid and emotional impression in loops that would range between 3 and 10 seconds. Obviously longer loops would have been possible, but due to a short timespan we were able to achieve minimal filesizes around one Megabyte which rivals the size of comparable still imagery in a similar application. in these applications filesizes really do matter since these images are mainly puposed to be used on websites, where fast loading times are vital – so smaller is better.
We hope that through our short little animation we could breathe some life, atmosphere and emotion into our imagery and open up possible ideas for our appreciated clients.
Marbach 310 – Marketing visualization
We were commissioned by the BIS Bau Group in 2021 with the visualizations for Marbach 310 in Frankfurt am Main.
With a high standard and high-quality equipment, this new building according to the design by Klaus Eismann & Partner Planungs- und Bauleitungs GmbH will offer copious of space for individual living. The development, Integrated into the gardens and surrounded by old trees, offers a great quality of life. The outdoor facilities in the inner courtyard include green and planted areas and places of retreat on their own balcony or terrace.
We would like to thank everyone involved in the project for our trusting cooperation!
CANNION – Neckarpark Stuttgart
In 2020 we were commissioned by unit III consulting on behalf of FAY Projects GmbH with the marketing visualizations for CANNION – Neckarpark Stuttgart.
With the design by caspar. Architects a lively disttrict was to be created – the focus being on the unity of people, nature and city as well as sustainability.
The architecture is strongly characterized by a concise, linear form language – organically supplemented with an intensive greening of facades and outdoor facilities with water features. The aim is to create a campus made up of flexible office space, a hotel, a fitness studio and leisure gastronomy areas incorporating high living standards, both outdoors and indoors.
Our task was to find a design and visual language that could convey these topics atmospherically in both the exteriors and interiors.
We look forward to the results and our constructive cooperation. Our thanks go to everyone involved in the project!
Humboldt Forum
We had the pleasure to work with Hug & Eberlein and Humboldt Forum on their new exhibition catalogue.
Our task was to visualize the architectural and urbanistic development of the historic site between the years of 1250 till 2020 As a result we created a chronological set of images allowing for a direct informative comparison of the various timeperiods on the site. As to be expected documentation was to major extends sparse, misleading and even contradictory. It was our honour to collaborate closely with historians and archeologists from the Humboldt Forum to evaluate the existing data to achieve a representation as close to the historic reality as possible.
We thank everybody in the team for this exciting opportunity to be a part in this highly discussed Berlin topic.
Humboldt Forum
NOYA
We were commissioned by allmyhomes in 2020 with the marketing visualizations for the NOYA project.
With the renovation and upgrading of these buildings from the 1960s, Dawonia is developing a high-quality residential ensemble in Munich. Complemented by new roof structures, various types of apartments with high-quality furnishings are created.
The development is not only characterized by its central location, proximity to the English Garden and spacious outdoor areas, but also looks to attract a diverse target group through the versatility of the apartment types.
Our task was to convey this high quality life style in the pictures in a way that was appropriate for the target group and in an atmospheric way.
We are happy about the results of this picture series of exterior and interior pictures and thank you for the great cooperation!
Residential Complex “Hanshäger Straße”
We were commissioned by Christburk Grundbesitz GmbH in spring 2021 with the marketing visualizations for the „Hanshäger Straße“ residential park.
Having previously already created visualizations for the Zingst project, it was now time to visually describe in more detail additional parts of the residential park, especially the further detailing of the interiors . The focus of our work was on finding a coherent interior design that captured life by the sea in the immediate vicinity of the beach and at the same time the city. Light, airy, high-quality furnishings along with outdoor facilities with a high quality lifestyle would all be incorporated.
We are pleased about the coherent series of pictures and thank you for our trusting cooperation together!
LITE Berlin – Marketingvisualization
We were commissioned by Großmann & Berger in August 2018 to produce the marketing visualizations for the LITE Berlin project.
The project in Europacity not only promises a unique inner-city location, but also aims to create a compact, sustainable and climate-friendly “Neighbourhood of the future” at this location.
The design by architects Baumschlager Hutter Partners defines a clear architectural language both the outdside as well as the interior.
Consciously choosing to use narrow angle cameras in the interior, we focus on details of high quality and exclusivity that are conveyed atmospherically, speaking for themselves.
We look forward to a great cooperation with Großmann & Berger and REALACE in the future and thank you for your confidence in us!
Postbahnhof – Neubau
In 2020 we were commissioned by Postbahnhof Development GmbH with the visualizations for the project of the new building “Am Postbahnhof”.
The design by driessenarchitects is structurally and creatively based on the historical buildings of the old postbahnhof station area and interprets the connection of the new building between the viaduct
and the water tower in a unique way.
The materials and shape of the building create a connection with the old walls of the Postbahnhof, whilst also providing a contrast to the immediate surrounding building development of residential and office buildings.
Old track systems and turntables are integrated in the design, re-usable and tangible in order to give the railway viaduct a unique flair and convey a new urban lifestyle and identity in the Area.
We are pleased to be able to support the Postbahnhof team with our pictures and thank you for the trusting cooperation!
Seoul Future Scenario – Daimler AG
In close cooperation with the PIONEERING NeXt department of Daimler AG and Mercedes-Benz Korea, the future scenario “Seoul 2039” was created.
The square around the historical part of the main station; the “Seoul Station” sets the primary visual focus of the picture. Some of the surrounding buildings have also been partially modified and help the observer to orientate oneself within the geography of Seoul.
“Seoul 2039” is a smart, sustainable city with a high quality of life. With electric driven mobility and air purification technology, traffic exhaust and air pollution are now a thing of the past. The entire traffic system was fundamentally redesigned to avoid the impending traffic collapse. Autonomous driving, car sharing, ride sharing, new modes of transport and mobility services as well as new infrastructures are building blocks for efficient and environmentally friendly mobility. Vehicles, buildings and objects are intelligently connected to the urban infrastructure. The partial dismantling of roads has led to new green spaces. In this new environment, the car also takes on new tasks and services.
Many very detailed individual scenes bring the atmospheric dense illustration to life and charge the historical center of Seoul with ideas for the future. Traditional references, such as a small temple on a hill or Haechi, a mythical creature from Korean mythology, which watches over the scenery in the form of a holographic projection on the Seoul Square building, fit harmoniously into the scene.
The Seoul future visualization already had a great media response on the first day and was used for the first time at the presentation of the Mercedes-Benz EQ Concept in Seoul, Korea as a background motif in the EQ Future Pavilion.
We would like to thank everyone involved in the project for the great collaboration!
Hafenparkquartier Frankfurt/Main – Interior
On behalt oh the B&L Group we created a comprehensive package of visualizations for the marketing material for the Hafenparkquartier project in Frankfurt am Main.
In addition to the exterior views, which should illustrate the qualities of the whole development including the location and architectural characteristics, a large number of interior visualizations were created. These not only reflect the quality of life, but also illustrate the diversity of the residential units – from smaller apartments to large penthouses. With spacious terraces and fantastic views as well as high-quality furnishings, the interiors offer apartment sizes for a wide range of requirements. The carefully designed outdoor facilities promise restful sanctuary from the urban center city center.

An exciting project and great collaboration. Our thanks to everyone involved in the project!
Hafenpark Quartier Frankfurt/Main – Exterior
On behalf of the B&L Group, we created a comprehensive package of visualizations for the marketing documents for the Hafenparkquartier project in Frankfurt am Main.
In close cooperation with TPA Real Estate Brands, a large number of exterior views were created, which would clearly show the project in its context, as well as the architectural characteristics of the development. Not only do the beautifully designed outdoor facilities and the location speak for a great quality of life, but also the superior interior furnishing along with fantastic apartment views and dimensions to suit a wide variety of requirements.

EnerKite – Trade Fair WindEnergy Hamburg 2020
xoio brings to life the Airborne Wind Energy from EnerKite GmbH for the digital trade fair WindEnergy Hamburg 2020.
The atmospheric visualization impressively illustrates the possible uses of this future-oriented technology: the possiblities of installation in remote difficult-to-access locations, the modular system being super flexible and enabling local electricity production.
Through an intelligent control system the EnerKite is guided upwards into the the optimal wind flow. It circles up into the air and in doing so drives a generator which it is connected to on the ground. The electricity which is generated is stored in batteries which can in turn be futher fed into the grid. The system is made up of two elements, a compact ground unit the size of a shipping container and an ultra light wing.
A very exciting project from the future technology sector.
With plenty of design freedom we have been able to show the product in its working context and produce an an emotive picture to describe it.
We wish to thank all project participants for the great collaboration!
“A place called home” – virtual exhibition
What is home? How much closeness and security do we need? When do our own four walls become isolation, which distances us more than they connect? How fairly is the good home distributed in this world?
Our team artists undertook a creative journey in 2020 around this matter – a time when the notion of home was redefined by topics like homeoffice, mass migration, national protectionism and other globalization issues.
Please click on the image or here to enter the gallery space.
virtual gallery and exhibition space
A lot of us haven’t been to a gallery for a while. In these special circumstances we hope to bring back – temporarily – some of that experience through that virtual exhibition space. Additionally we wanted to create a space that honours the work our artists put into that special project.
We hope you can enjoy our little tour, until we can share the physical experience of art again – stay safe and hope to see you soon in person.
Future szenario – Berlin
For “Ariadne an der Spree” we did this high-density landscape within the limited timeframe of 1-2 weeks. The illustration was purposed to depict a nearfuture, optimistic Berlin landscape to promote the European fund for Berlin based techcompanies.
It is part of our future scenarios to scout for optimal sites, which are suitable for a fresh look and create a visual anchor that a viewer can identify with. We proposed the “Hackescher Markt” – a well known corner in Berlin – which is very iconographic and has a good view onto the Funkturm – Berlin’s iconographic radio tower. Addionally the site is quite neglect and would benefit from a fresh new interpretation.
Further cornerstones were a diverse cultural society reflecting the multifaceted street life that Berlin is famed for. Additionally we combined historic urban fabric with some fresh future technology and gave the well known Berlin S-Bahn a new dynamic twist. Last but not least the Berliner Bear is hidden all over the image – can you spot it?
We thank Ariadne an der Spree for the great cooperation!
Elbtower open space design – Competition visualization
We were commissioned by Vogt Landscape Architects in autumn 2019 to produce the visualizations of the exterior areas of the Elbtower – Hafen City Hamburg. These images were intended as part of an advertised competition and were created to illustrate the design and support the design process.
We decided on a photo realistic style to depict the landscape design and its materiality, focusing on the planned areas and also integrating them into the context of the surrounding urban development. The representation of the surroundings was intended as an abstract representation and illustrated in the form of a white model.
We are pleased that Vogt Landscape Architects were able to win the competition with their design and thank you for the great exchange and good cooperation!

Promenade “Kiellinie” waterfont
The series of images for the Kiellinie waterfront area were commissioned by the Kiel City Planning Office and were created in close cooperation with our client.
The city of Kiel would like to redesign the promenade and road along the Kiel Fjord.
In order to be able to secure the funds from the federal program “Zukunft Stadtgrün” in a targeted manner, it was necesary to advertize a competition in a visual way. The fundamental ideas for the competition announcement should be publicly discussed and decided in advance. For this discourse between the public and the local Government, the City Planning Office wanted to see pictures which visualized the initial ideas which had been sketched out, without anticipating the later competition.
In terms of content, the pictures illustrate the integration water front and adjacent urban and green space. The concept is designed to reduce the speed along the waterfront and create new spaces for leisure and recreation as well pedestrian mobility and integreted cycle route. We have sketched this at three locations along the Kiellinie watefront. We chose a color and a few recurring elements to illustrate what would be “NEW” and to combine the images into coherent visual series.
We are now very curious to see what will ultimately be implemented and thank the City Planning Office for this very interesting brief and for the great cooperation.

Kalle Neukölln
We were commissioned by REALACE in the spring of 2020 to produce the visualizations for the Kalle Neukölln project.
Kalle Neukölln – a former department store with an associated multi-storey car park is to be converted. With the design by Max Dudler and Aukett + Heese Architects, new room concepts are to be created that enable and allow individual office structures. Existing buildings with a former multi-storey car park as well as new facade design and roof landscapes are to be incorporated in a contemporary manner and interpreted in a modern way. A magnet in Neukölln the building should not only be preserved, but also developed and revitalized.
Office space, a food market, a roof garden and retail space will all be located under one roof at this development in the heart of Neukölln, which has been located there for over 50 years. Conversion instead of demolition is a centraly important theme to this project.
A comprehensive and exciting project for us to be involved with.
We are pleased to be able to support you with our visualization and thank everyone involved in the project for our great cooperation!

Essener Strasse 23, Berlin
We were commissioned by the ICB in spring 2020 with the visualizations for the “Essener Strasse 23” project in Berlin. A new client and a great project!
In this way, a large number of pictures were created, which are intended to homogeneously tell the characteristics of the renovation measures of the old building as well as the integration of the planned extension and new building.
With regard to target group-oriented marketing, we were able to provide conceptual support here – find a suitable design that reflects the exciting floor plans and high-quality furnishings. Additional 360 ° views were created for the all-round view. You can try it yourself behind this link:
We look forward to this cooperation and thank everyone involved in the project!
“Balzers Village square”
The municipality of Balzers commissioned us to make two illustrations to visually and emotionally illustrate the redesign of their village square.
Having been put out to tender in a competitive process the 1st prize for the redesign of the village square was awarded to Vogt landscape architects and BBK architects. It was now a matter of presenting the results of the designs and communicating the upgrading of the square as part of a municipal vote.
In a short time and in close coordination with Vogt landscape architects and the municipality of Balzers, we developed visualisations that not only illustrated the project in its integration into the urban context, but also its material qualities and the planned greening of the square. Spatial quality, multi functionality and an appealing design were all essential criteria for the project.
We look forward to the results and a great collaboration with all project participants. Thank you to all!
“Wäschefabrik” Berlin
In October 2019 we were commissioned to visualize the “Wäschefabric” Berlin by architects Bollinger + Fehlig.
The pictures, designed to support the marketing of the office units and overall design by Bollinger + Fehlig had to be atmospheric and photoreal. It was important for our client that the visualisation not only described the modern renovation, but also translated relevant historical and architectural features of the building.
The Berliner Wäschefabrik AG building was originally constructed in 1912 and characterized at that time, cutting edge construction techniques. The steel concrete construction displays a strong but strongly simplified neoclassical aesthetic.
The design of Bollinger + Fehlig, aswell as referencing aesthetic and historical aspects had to be ecologically sustainable and support the contemporary requirements of life at work. Quality of life, well-being, the hospitality space and identity creation all play an important role in the design of the new work environment in this historic location.
We are really happy with the results of this project and would like to thank all project participants.
VR Future Scenario “Vision Stuttgart 2036”
In 2017 we had the opportunity to convert our future scenario Stuttgart Vision 2036 into a VR application. In this way the image becomes immersive, explorable and is brought to life by numerous engaging narratives.
At the IAA the interactive tool was presented publicly and inaugurated as part of the Mercedes-Benz me Future Talks. Since then, the tool has been made available to selected guests in workshops or lectures. It is therefore a special honour for us to make the VR Tour, now publicly accessible.
The technology allows the scenario to integrate into 360° panoramas on various devices. The tool is browser-based and can therefore be experienced in standard browsers, without any additional software . Besides desktop PCs and Macs, the tool can also be used on tablets and smartphones. As a special feature, the scenario can also be experienced in stereo with VR Glasses.
In 2019, the tool was extended for the EQS product launch in South Korea in Korean language and various features. The current version is presented to the public in a Mercedes-Benz pop-up store in the heart of Seoul and enjoys great popularity.
We would like to thank Daimler AG and all project participants, especially CGVision, for the great cooperation on this exciting project.
Future Scenario, Marienplatz
In another successful collaboration with the PIONEERING NeXt department of Daimler AG, this future scenario was developed with a focus on Marienplatz in Stuttgart-Sued – a district in the south of Stuttgart. The square was reopened in 2003 after being renovated and redesigned into a large open space.
Currently, the area around Marienplatz is mainly used as a public transport interchange. Here, the underground network is connected to Stuttgart’s most unique means of transport, the “Zacke” – a rack railway that links the city centre in the valley with the Degerloch mountain station since 1884. The newly renovated neoclassical building “Kaiserbau” adjoining the square exudes a historic flair.
The Marienplatz visualization is already the second mobility vision after the project “Future Scenario Vision Stuttgart 2036 (Charlottenstraße)” with the metropolis Stuttgart as central image content.
At the beginning of the project we discussed with the Daimler futurologists how to enliven the square through careful urban planning interventions, how to integrate new traffic technologies as well as new possibilities for living and working into the naturally grown urban structure. Special attention was paid to the design of the Marienplatz that is perceived as an open space and allows a lot of interaction while still forming the architectural infrastructure to enable a multimodal traffic concept.
The result is a coherent scenario that gives a preview on possible urban space developments, conveys the seamless integration of forward-looking technologies and puts people back in the centre of attention. And as always, the high-resolution motif is richly filled with many narratives that invite to explore the mobility of tomorrow.
Many thanks to all project participants for the great cooperation.
KUPA – Quartier Kuvertfabrik Pasing
bauwerk Capital commissioned us to illustrate a project in Munic-Pasing: the KUPA.
We started at an early planning stage and finalized around the time building permit was issued – over all we worked it on and off for about a year. This obviously includes some updating, altering and back and forth – yet results are all the more pleasing:
In close collaboration with client, architects and marketing-agency we could develop a large number of exterior and interior visualizations, representing the new urban ensemble including the listed protagonist: the historic Kuvert-Fabric, the KUPA.
The new residential estate focuses on sustainability and a diverse spatial mix: Private apartments in various sizes (from 40 up to 120 sqm), shared private and public spaces. Furthermore a comprehensive infrastructure for rental and shared mobility is provided that hopefully can be influential and radiant.
This specific contemporary and over all lively character we tried to depict in all of our images. The architectural design (resonsible is munic based architectural firm Allmann Sattler Wappner) and the historic centre (KUPA) built the framework, to our imagery.
In the exterior visualizations, private and public areas mix with generous open spaces and lush vegetation; a private retreat within a vibrant community. The interior visualizations and detail shots illustrate the high quality design plus the individual interior options. Thus hopefully attracting the variety city and client envision in this new urban estate.
We thank all participants for this great project – there was amazing CGI–work done, communication was always respectful and fun and noone was ever tired to further optimize.
The Babyn Yar Holocaust Memorial Center – Competitive Visualization
We were commissioned by merz merz Architekten in June 2019 to do 3 images: one exterior and two interiors. In the second phase of the competition, our visualizations would support the international competition process.
On this phase of the competition, the focus was on formulating the design, the first Holocaust memorial center in Eastern Europe. It was both a sensitive topic after the tragic events 1941 – 1943 and exciting task at the same time! For us, it was important to depict the seasonal properties of objects and materials and its relation to the given light properties – theme and design should be reflected atmospherically in the images.
We are pleased that merz merz, together with TOPOTEK 1 landscape architects, finished in 3rd place and we would like to thank all project participants for the good cooperation!
“Waterfront” Hafenpark Quartier – Marketing Visualization
In the summer of 2019, the B & L Group presented us the visualizations for the project “Waterfront” – part of the development of the Hafenparkquartier in Frankfurt/Main.
We were tasked to respresent the unmistakable architecture of Barkow Leibinger Architekten and underline the relationship with water, the EZV and Frankfurt City. This resulted in emotional photorealistic images meant to reflect the architecture, location and target group.
A Corporate Identity-neutral interior design was chosen not only to present the programmatic requirements of the architects, but also to address an open and diversified user group.
Architectural and open space planning as well as an interior design concept were detailed and supplemented by us for the preliminary planning.
We are very happy that we could contribute with our pictures already in this planning phase and we thank all project participants for the trusting cooperation!
Interior Design Office Space
To illustrate the interior concept of deWinder architects various visualizations are performed. We were commissioned by deWinder Architects in the spring of 2019 for an internal presentation of the Hypoport AG.
We are happy to support the sophisticated design language with our pictures. Great rooms with a ambitious concept and amazing sojourn quality. We would also like to work there!
We thank all project participants for the great cooperation!
Berlin OE- Königsallee
In addition to the already created marketing visualizations for the project OE – Königsalle, we were commissioned with two more images. So one of our favorite projects has returned ;-)
1.Visupackage Berlin OE – Königsallee
The focus of this second package of Visus was on the private garden area – as well as the architectural features and qualities of the lobby. We were happy to participate in this project and to be able to support the marketing process.
Thank’s to all project participants for the good cooperation!
54 East Berlin-Friedrichshain
We were commissioned with the exterior views for ’54 East’ by Rodriquez Brands Affaires at the beginning of the year.
The residential ensemble in Friedrichshain was built according to the design of the architect Hermann Henselmann and is now being renovated in the spirit of monument protection.
After renovation the buildings should be displayed atmospherically and present their characteristic features. Materiality and color very true to the original – as well as the inviting green spaces in the courtyards.
We appreciate the results and thank Victor Rodriquez for the great cooperation!
Futurevision Agricultural-Urban Cities
The increasing spatial competition between cities and farmlands combined with increasing logistical problems forces us to rethink current agricultural and urban planning concepts. The university of Augsburg in collaboration with collaboration partners developed a photo-bioreactor which could be used on fassades. So far vertical farming concepts could online be realised with massive effort. Alternatively the combination of algae and bioreactors could offer a viable solution.
The project team around “Next Generation Biofilm” contracted us to create this panorama image showing a wide vista of a agro-urban cityscape. On the righthand we see a modern building with a bioreactor fassade being currently refuelled by an autonomous service vehicle. On the opposite a lush green urban area opens up showcasing multiple agricultural applications, seamlessly integrating into the urban fabric.
We fullheartedly thank our client for this great cooperation and the opportunity to gain some insights into this fascinating future research.
The whole subject has been discussed in an extensive article in the german architectural newspaper Detail Online.
Wolkersdorf – visual for competition
Thalbauer Architekten commissioned us in February 2019 with this visualization.
Now spring is finally here and we are still happy about this winter-like visualization. For the competition we had the chance to show the special features of this beautiful design.
The intention is to create a multifunctional space in Wolkersdorf, which can be used as an event hall and exhibition space – a contemporary place for culture, information, education and encounter for the whole region.
The snowy, early evening mood should support the quality of stay in the house and make exterior space and inner life visible as well.
Thanks to all project participants for the trusting cooperation!
moovel – Future Scenario
Multimodal traffic concepts are gaining significance. And we love to illustrate them.
In 2018, we were commissioned by moovel GmbH to visualize a future scenario. This vision should depict the benefits of digital mobility applications in combination with innovative mobility services.
The human citizen of the city of tomorrow is the focus of the image. The illustration tells little stories concerning various traffic concepts, such as Ride sharing, e-bikes as part of a multimodal traffic concept, public transport of tomorrow and future logistics developments as parcel delivery by drone.
Autonomous and electrically powered vehicles naturally interact with their surroundings. Digital devices communicate with their users in an intuitive way via holographic interfaces. Last but not least a mobility hub ties the various mobility concepts together.
Attention to details was required for this visualisation. As usual we developed several nonexistant brands including logos and brand names. To establish the various narratives we shot the various scenes photographically and integrated them later into the overall visual.
As a follow-up project we were asked to produce an animated version for an exhibition presentation.
We thank all participants in this project for the great cooperation!
Marketing Visualization Wohnschiffmanufaktur
The moment Wohnschiffmanufaktur GmbH contacted us, to create marketing visuals for their new exciting projekt Waterloft, we were very enthusistic.
The idea of living on the water is not new. But the architectural challenge is – unlike to other manufacturers in this field – to combine a premium loft with the dimensions of a hull. All on a sustainable basis.
The aim was to illustrate the high quality standards of our customer for materials and equipment in atmospherically dense visualizations. The result are four interior- and two exteriorshots with two lightening effects.
We thank Wohnschiffmanufaktur GmbH for the great collaboration!
InFarm – Indoor Urban Farming / Visualization
We have a special interest in all kinds of future trends and subjects; therefor we were thrilled to be approached by InFarm to do this set of illustrations of their product. Urban Farming is becoming a big subject, especially in urban congestion areas and it was extremely interesting to have some insight in the processes involved. It was of utmost importance to go for a photoreal look to demonstrate the credibility of their product. Meanwhile the product has already reached realisation stage and pops up in local Berlin markets
The illustrations show various applications of the modules. InFarm could be used in rather traditional production areas, as seen in the warehouse scenario. But things get more interesting when they are moving closer to the final point of sale. One scenario depicts the modules in the immediate environment of a supermarket or even directly inside a wholesale situation. The scenarios required each unique approaches, so some were realised in a mixed photomontage/cg approach, while for the warehouse we decided to go full cgi and enhance the render with some intense photo-kitbashing.
We thank InFarm for this exciting journey and are curiously following the further development of this trendsetting enterprise. Obviously we also thank our lovely artists who realised this project.
„New Courts“ Gerichtstraße Berlin – Marketing Visualization
The company Gerichtstraße 48-51 GmbH assigned xoio with the visualization of a new office building in the heart of Berlin Wedding.
The new construction complex connects with the existing buidling of a formar post office, which will be refurbished in the course of the reconstruction. welter+welter architekten BDA is in charge for the architecture.
According to the architectual concept with campus-character a versatile use of the office areal is planned – for start-ups as well as big businesses. This diversity is clearly recognizable in the interior visualizations.
The exterior views are more focussed on architectional highlights. One of the challenges was to present in detail the very filigreed und suspended structure of the building. In addition to that it was necessary to fuse the building’s mirrored facade elements and reflective sunscreen fabrics with the surroundings.
In a productive and rewarding cooperation BML Projekte GmbH, welter+welter Architekten BDA and the creative agency Marek Polewski created five visualization, that illustrate the construction plans with all it’s facets.inen Facetten abbildet > https://newcourts.net/
We thank all our partners for the great collaboration!
Pfahlbaumuseum Unteruhldingen – Competition visualization
Within a scope of an architecture competition Ackermann+Raff Architects engaged us in July 2018 to develop the visuals for them.
These visuals illustrate the conception design for the planned extension of the Pfahlbaumuseum in Unterruhldingen (a museum on stilts).
The aim is not only to integrate the new construction in the existing ensemble to the optical and structural conditions, but also to create new exhibiton spaces and recreation rooms.
With the special location by the water we were able to work out atmospheric visuals – in two different lighting moods we highlighted the characteristics of the new planned body of the building.
Ackermann + Raff took the 1. place – and we were pleased to support them with our visuals.
Many thanks to all the partners on this project for the great collaboration.
visual for competition: refurbishment and extension Schicklerhaus, Berlin
Thomas Hillig Architekten commisioned us in May 2018 with the production of this visual for an architectural competition.
The Schicklerhaus, an office-building built in 1910 is foreseeing a refurbishment and extension of the upper levels.
The Architects suggests a two story roof-extension comprising of several interrelated boxes. They create individual units / roof terraces yet they integrate well with the existing listed building.
We decided for a viewpoint from the opposite side of the street to show the architectural design in its urban context.
Whenever we are working on images showing a dense context we are very happy to work with on-site footage and montage.
This way we could capture a summery evening atmosphere, which shows the character of the location in a compelling way.
This turned out nicely and we are very happy with the resulting image. Thanks to all involved.
SXB Südkreuz Berlin – Architectural Visualization
In autumn 2017 the OVG Real Estate assigned us to create a visualization for the Atrium of “SXB” Südkreuz Berlin. Therefore we were pleased to be part of this project also in 2018 with a rending in bird’s eye view.
Technologies, a subsidiary of OVG Real Estate and specialists for technologicially innovative and energy efficient office buildings, refined with this office project its previously used smart building componants at Südkreuz trainstation. Thanks to its exceptionally sustainable building approach EDGE Technologies already received the platinum pre-certification of the German Sustainable Building Council.
The wood-hybrid-construction in the Atrium, a key element of the interior concept, holds particular appeal for us. Here you’ll rediscover – besides the characteristics of natural materials and vegetative zones – the concept of the four elements, that we visualized in close cooperation with de Winder Architekten. We are delighted, that all worked out this good.
Thank you for the confidence and great collaboration!
